SHIPPING COST
Your order will ship by Expresspost from Vancouver Island, BC.
​
Shipping Rates:
AB/BC/SK: $20
MB & ON: $25
QC, North & Atlantic Provinces: $30

TRACKING NUMBER
Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number.

You can track your package on the CANADA POST WEBSITE.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship Monday to Friday (excluding stat holidays).

We'll ship your order as fast as we can, but please allow us up to 48 hours to ship your order once your payment is received.
LOST PACKAGES
It is rare for Canada Post to lose a package. However, if you are concerned about the delivery of your package please reach out to us and we'll file a Service Ticket with Canada Post. If Canada Post deems your package as lost at the end of the Service Ticket process we will replace your package one time.
PAYMENT

INVOICE
Once your order is confirmed we'll send you an invoice that details the cost of your order. Payment instructions will be at the bottom of your invoice.
ETRANSFER
Instructions for Etransfer payment will be at the bottom of your invoice. Please read the instructions carefully.
CONFIRM
Once we receive your payment you'll receive an email to confirm the payment and your order will be prepared for shipment.
DONT FORGET
Please include your order/invoice number in the notes or message section of the Etransfer that you send. Your order number starts with "PO".
